Vicky, features editor of London's Poise! magazine wanders what like would be like in someone else's shoes. Amber, a so- called "Desperate Housewife" is tired of having to compete with the other wives in her neighborhood to be "perfect." When Vicky posts a contest to swap lives with someone, Amber sends in a letter and hopes for the best. In the end, both realize that the grass may not always be greener on the other side.
Bookworm Review: I really liked the characters Vicky and Amber. They were lovable, and as a reader, you seriously want them to end up learning a lesson at the end. The end was probably my favorite part, and I know you will think so too! Mrs. Green has a way of writing that allows the reader to see what all of the characters are thinking, and not just the two main characters, and I like that. If this is your first Green novel to read, you might be confused, but just stick with it and I promise you will enjoy it!
